From: $85.00Our weekend workshops are an introduction to basic throwing skills. Come spend two hours learning the basics in our bright and relaxing studio. This is a great way to try pottery before you sign up for our term class. You can pay as you go. Beginners and more advanced are welcome, experienced potters will get the opportunity to further develop their skills. 3 of your best items will be decorated and painted on the same day, we will glaze and fire the work for you. Please arrive on time, the teacher will start the demo as scheduled. Please wear comfortable clothes. 2-hour class, available on two time slots every Saturday: • 1-3pm • 4-6pm The work will be ready in 3-4 weeks, you will receive an email when the work is ready, you will have 30 days to collect your final piece. must be 16 or older To arrange a pottery wheel workshop for ages 12 to 15 years old, please contact the studio! -
From: $80.00The 1st three Fridays of each month, Creative Insight Pottery will host adult drop-in classes to get together with friends, learn some techniques, and explore your creativity. All adults, seniors, couples, friends etc are welcome. All classes you will create, decorate, and paint a new hand-built piece, and also spend some time on the potter’s wheel creating a bowl or cup which you will also paint. Our sessions are always a lot of fun – bring some wine, or your favorite music if you like, and come for some creative fun. No previous experience necessary! Beginners welcome – All materials, clay, glaze and firings are included – Includes ONE hand build piece and one piece on the wheel. For any extra work there will be a charge of $5/piece. – The work takes 3-4 weeks to be ready for a pick up. Once it’s ready you will have 2 months to pick up. Please note, we do not sell wine but you may bring your own wine. ** Spaces are limited: Register online to reserve your spot(s). -
